Crypsis : the ability of an organism to conceal itself (especially from a predator) by having a color, pattern, and shape that allows it to blend into the surrounding environment. I find great joy in discovering hidden creatures blending into their surroundings. I stumbled across many of these creatures while in the woods with a headlamp in the dark. This gallery is more documentation than from an artistic approach. I am simply fascinated by these creatures. Enjoy.
